A Strong and Growing U.S. Presence

Lundbeck Inc. was established in March 2009 following the acquisition of Ovation Pharmaceuticals, Inc., formerly a privately-held biopharmaceutical company with proven success in developing and commercializing high-need treatments for severely ill patients with unmet medical needs.   Through this acquisition, H. Lundbeck A/S gained a strong and growing U.S. presence, including:

• a commercial infrastructure;
• a portfolio of marketed products;
• a promising late-stage CNS pipeline; and
• expertise needed to advance products to market.
